Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece. After 14 days we can't offer a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Items we can't take back

• Swimwear and underwear, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty.
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without their tags or original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number — email info@dressup-eg.com, or message either showroom on WhatsApp. We'll confirm the return and arrange collection or a drop-off at Smouha or Point 90. Please don't send anything back before it's been confirmed.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded in cash or by transfer, whichever you prefer.

Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong piece.

Exchanges

We replace items that are faulty or that arrived different from what you ordered. For a different size or colour, the fastest route is a return plus a new order — sizes move quickly and that way we can hold the one you want.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing can take several working days after we release it. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@dressup-eg.com and we'll chase it.
