Returns & Exchanges

The short version: 14 days, unworn with tags on, and we'll sort it out. The detail is below, and the full policy is on our Refund and Returns Policy page.

What you can return

• Anything unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging.
• Anything faulty or not what you ordered — including swimwear and underwear.

What you can't

• Swimwear and underwear that aren't faulty, for hygiene reasons.
• Anything worn, washed, altered or past the 14-day window.

Exchanging for another size or colour

Message us before you send anything back. If the size you want is in stock we'll hold it for you; if it isn't, we'll tell you straight away rather than leave you waiting.

Faulty items

Send us a photo with your order number and we'll replace the piece or refund it in full, including delivery, at your choice.
